- Corn400 g
- Turkey500 g
- Cotija Cheese80 g
Instructions

Whisk the lime juice with the olive oil, salt and pepper for a bright, simple dressing.

Prepare the turkey — slice, shred or cube it so every forkful gets some.

Toss the turkey with the onion, fresh cilantro and the dressing just before serving.
