Anand Special Baby Corn Pulao
A vegetarian Indian dish in the spirit of Anand cooking — Anand Special Baby Corn Pulao brings a badami touch with a classic pulao finish. About 56 minutes from fridge to table.
Ingredients
- Ginger Garlic Paste1 tbsp
- Garam Masala1/2 tsp
- Heavy Cream3 tbsp
- Tomato2, chopped
- Cumin Seeds1 tsp
- Baby Corn250 g, chopped
- Almonds12, blanched

Instructions

Heat oil or ghee in a heavy kadhai over medium heat.

Add cumin or mustard seeds and let them crackle.

Saute onion until golden, then stir in ginger-garlic paste.

Add tomatoes and powdered spices; cook until oil separates.

Add the main ingredient with a splash of water; cover and simmer.

Uncover, adjust salt and spice, and cook to the desired consistency.

Finish with garam masala and fresh cilantro.

Rest a minute, then serve hot.
