- Mustard Seeds1 tbsp
- Mustard Oil2 tbsp
- Snapper450 g, steaks

Instructions

Soak or rinse dals/grains if the dish uses them.

Pressure-cook or simmer the base until soft.

Prepare a tempering of ghee, cumin, garlic, and chili.
