  • Cumin Seeds1 tsp
  • Ghee2 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder1/2 tsp
  • Ground Lamb400 g

    Pressure-cook or simmer the base until soft.

    Prepare a tempering of ghee, cumin, garlic, and chili.

    Pour tempering over the cooked base.
