Ingredients
- Ginger Garlic Paste1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds1 tsp
- Coriander Powder1 tsp
- Vegetable Oil2 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder1 tsp
- Amaranth Leaves250 g, chopped
Optional extras
- Green Chili1-2, slit
- Lemon1/2
Instructions

Marinate the main ingredient with turmeric, chili, and salt for 15 minutes.

Heat oil; fry or sear until lightly coloured, then set aside.

In the same pan, saute aromatics and spices.

Return the main ingredient; add gravy ingredients.

Simmer covered until tender.

Reduce to coat; finish with herbs or cream if using.

Serve immediately.
