Everything good rolled into one: juicy pork ribs, crisp vegetables and creamy sauce in a soft wrap. Ready in 33 minutes including prep.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt4 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Tomato2, sliced
  • Fresh Cilantro1 handful
  • Baguette2
  • Jalapeño1
  • Shallots2 cloves, minced
  • Flatbread or Tortillas4
  • Lettuce1/2, shredded
  • Neutral Oil1 tbsp
  • Pork Ribs600 g
  • Pickled Vegetables150 g

Optional extras

  • Mint Leaveshandful, to finish

Instructions

    Season the pork ribs with the garlic, salt and half the spices, then cook in the Neutral Oil until browned and juicy.

    Warm the flatbreads in a dry pan until soft and pliable, about 30 seconds a side.

    Stir the yogurt with a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lime for a quick sauce.

    Pile the pork ribs onto each bread with lettuce, tomato and the yogurt sauce.

    Roll tightly, wrap the bottom half in paper, and eat while the filling is still warm.

Chef's tip

Taste and adjust the salt at the end; sauces concentrate as they reduce.
