Fire-kissed skewers of yogurt — smoky outside, juicy inside, gone in minutes. About 32 minutes from fridge to table.

Ingredients
- Yogurt500 g
- Garlic3 cloves, crushed
- Bell Pepper2
- Lemon1, juiced
- Olive Oil2 tbsp
- Ground Cumin1 tsp
- Paprika1 tsp
- Red Onion1
Optional extras
- Fresh Parsleyhandful, to finish
Instructions

Whisk the yogurt, olive oil, garlic, ground cumin and lemon juice into a marinade.

Cut the yogurt into even 3 cm chunks and coat well; marinate 30 minutes minimum.

Thread onto skewers with a little space between pieces so the heat can circulate.

Grill over high heat, turning every few minutes, until charred at the edges and cooked inside.

Slide off the skewers, rest 3 minutes, and dust with fresh parsley.
