Pork Ribs Hash
High heat, big flavour: pork ribs seared with aromatics and a shiny sauce that clings to every bite. Ready in 27 minutes including prep.

- Garlic4 cloves, minced
- Potato4, diced
- Bell Pepper1, sliced
- Eggs4, fried
- Spring Onions3, cut into batons
- Ketchup2 tbsp
- Pork Ribs800 g
- Smoked Paprika1 tsp

Instructions

Heat the oil in a heavy skillet and cook Garlic until it softens and turns golden at the edges.

Add the Pork Ribs and brown it well, breaking or turning as suits the dish.

Stir in Smoked Paprika and the seasonings and let them toast briefly in the fat.

Add the liquid component, scrape the pan, and simmer until the Pork Ribs is cooked through and glossy.
