
Turkey Hash
High heat, big flavour: turkey seared with aromatics and a shiny sauce that clings to every bite. About 27 minutes from fridge to table.
Ingredients
- Butter2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Garlic4 cloves, minced
- Potato4, diced
- Bell Pepper1, sliced
- Eggs4, fried
- Spring Onions3, cut into batons
- Turkey500 g
- Ketchup2 tbsp
- Smoked Paprika1 tsp

- Fresh Parsleyhandful, to finish
Instructions

Heat the oil in a heavy skillet and cook Garlic until it softens and turns golden at the edges.

Add the Turkey and brown it well, breaking or turning as suits the dish.

Stir in Smoked Paprika and the seasonings and let them toast briefly in the fat.

Add the liquid component, scrape the pan, and simmer until the Turkey is cooked through and glossy.

Taste and adjust — American skillet food wants a confident hand with salt and pepper.

Serve hot from the pan, with the sauce spooned generously over.
