Pork Ribs Casserole

Bubbling, golden-topped comfort: pork ribs baked until the edges crisp and the centre turns molten. 58 minutes of mostly hands-off cooking.

Ingredients
- Butter1 tbsp, for the dish
- Heavy Cream200 ml
- Saltto taste
- Onion1, sliced into rings
- Cheddar Cheese150 g
- Cheese100 g, grated
- Pork Ribs800 g
- Smoked Paprika1 tsp
- Egg Noodles300 g
- Cream of Mushroom Soup1 can
Optional extras
- Fresh Parsleyhandful, to finish
Instructions

Heat the oven to 190°C and butter or oil a baking dish.

Layer the onion over the base, season, then nestle in the pork ribs.

Pour the cream around the edges, scatter over the cheese and the smoked paprika.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbling at the rim and burnished on top.

Rest for 5 minutes so it sets, then spoon out with the pan juices and plenty of black pepper.
