
Ground Beef Stir-Fry
Diner-comfort in one pan: deeply seared Ground Beef, softened aromatics, and a glossy skillet sauce made from the browned bits. No fussy plating required.
Ingredients
- Butter2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Garlic4 cloves, minced
- Bell Pepper1, sliced
- Ground Beef500 g
- Spring Onions3, cut into batons
- Soy Sauce2 tbsp
- Broccoli200 g
- Ketchup2 tbsp
- Smoked Paprika1 tsp
Optional extras
- Fresh Parsleyhandful, to finish
Instructions

Heat the oil in a heavy skillet and cook Garlic until it softens and turns golden at the edges.

Add the Ground Beef and brown it well, breaking or turning as suits the dish.

Stir in Smoked Paprika and the seasonings and let them toast briefly in the fat.

Add the liquid component, scrape the pan, and simmer until the Ground Beef is cooked through and glossy.
