Eggs kissed by the grill, marinated the brazilian way until the smoke and spice do all the talking. About 27 minutes from fridge to table.

Ingredients
- Salt1 tsp
- Garlic3 cloves, crushed
- Eggs6
- Lime1, juiced
- Smoked Paprika1 tsp
- Palm Oil2 tbsp
- Coarse Salt1 tbsp
- Farofato serve
Optional extras
- Fresh Cilantrohandful, to finish
Instructions

Whisk the Palm Oil, lime juice, garlic, smoked paprika and salt into a quick marinade.

Coat the eggs completely and let it sit for at least 20 minutes (overnight is even better).

Get the grill or griddle pan screaming hot.

Grill the eggs in a single layer, turning once, until charred in spots and cooked through.

Rest for 5 minutes, then finish with fresh cilantro and extra lime.
Chef's tip
Don't move the eggs for the first 3 minutes; a proper crust releases itself.
