A simple Texas-style highball of tequila, fresh lime and sparkling water over ice. This tahini version is finished with tahini. Ready in about 5 minutes.

Ingredients
🍋Lime1, juiced
🥃Tequila60 ml blanco
🫧Sparkling Water180 ml, chilled
Optional extras
🫙Tahini1 tbsp
🫙Coarse Saltfor the rim (optional)
Instructions

Salt the rim of a tall glass if you like and fill it with ice.

Add tequila and fresh lime juice.

Top with chilled sparkling water, stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.

Drizzle with tahini.
