Ingredients

  • Ghee3 tbsp
  • All-Purpose Flour3 tbsp
  • Sugar2 cups, syrup
  • Green Cardamom3
  • Khoa (Mawa)250 g

  • Fresh Cilantroto finish

Instructions

    Knead the khoa with flour into a soft dough — overworking makes them tough.

    Roll smooth, crack-free balls; a damp palm is the secret.

    Fry on medium-low until deep mahogany, then straight into warm syrup.

    Soak 2 hours minimum; they should sigh when pressed.
