Move the Shrimp to a plate and soften Smoked Paprika in the pan drippings, scraping the crusty bits loose.
- 5
Deglaze with a splash of stock or water and reduce to a quick pan sauce, seasoning to taste.
- 6
Rest the Shrimp, then serve smothered in the pan sauce with the buttery drippings pooled over.
Chef's tip
For deeper flavour, toast the smoked paprika in the oil before adding anything wet.
