  • Ghee2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper1 tsp
  • Semolina (Rava)2 cups

Instructions

    Prepare the batter or base with the semolina (rava) and seasonings.

    Steam or cook per the style — covered, gentle heat, until just set.

    Serve hot with coconut chutney.
