Fire-kissed skewers of eggs — smoky outside, juicy inside, gone in minutes. Ready in 32 minutes including prep.

Ingredients
- Yogurt3 tbsp
- Onion1, grated
- Garlic3 cloves, crushed
- Lemon1, juiced
- Olive Oil2 tbsp
- Eggs6
- Ground Cumin1 tsp
- Fresh Parsley1 handful
- Ground Cinnamon1/2 tsp
Instructions

Whisk the yogurt, olive oil, garlic, ground cumin and lemon juice into a marinade.

Cut the eggs into even 3 cm chunks and coat well; marinate 30 minutes minimum.

Thread onto skewers with a little space between pieces so the heat can circulate.

Grill over high heat, turning every few minutes, until charred at the edges and cooked inside.

Slide off the skewers, rest 3 minutes, and dust with fresh parsley.
Chef's tip
A final squeeze of lemon just before serving lifts every other flavour.
