
Potato Hash
Diner-comfort in one pan: deeply seared Potato, softened aromatics, and a glossy skillet sauce made from the browned bits. No fussy plating required.
Ingredients

- Saltto taste
- Garlic4 cloves, minced
- Potato4 large
- Bell Pepper1, sliced
- Eggs4, fried
- Spring Onions3, cut into batons
- Ketchup2 tbsp
- Smoked Paprika1 tsp

Instructions

Heat the oil in a heavy skillet and cook Potato until it softens and turns golden at the edges.

Add the Eggs and brown it well, breaking or turning as suits the dish.

Stir in Garlic and the seasonings and let them toast briefly in the fat.

Add the liquid component, scrape the pan, and simmer until the Eggs is cooked through and glossy.
