Fire-kissed skewers of chicken — smoky outside, juicy inside, gone in minutes. 37 minutes of mostly hands-off cooking.

Ingredients
- Chicken500 g, thighs
- Yogurt3 tbsp
- Garlic3 cloves, crushed
- Bell Pepper1
- Lemon1, juiced
- Olive Oil2 tbsp
- Red Onion1
- Ras el Hanout1 tsp
- Chermoula3 tbsp
Optional extras
- Fresh Cilantrohandful, to finish
Instructions

Whisk the yogurt, olive oil, garlic, ras el hanout and lemon juice into a marinade.

Cut the chicken into even 3 cm chunks and coat well; marinate 30 minutes minimum.

Thread onto skewers with a little space between pieces so the heat can circulate.

Grill over high heat, turning every few minutes, until charred at the edges and cooked inside.

Slide off the skewers, rest 3 minutes, and dust with fresh cilantro.
