Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels
Soft pretzels dunked in cinnamon sugar, the mall snack made at home. Golden-crusted and generous, with clean slices and no sogginess. A slice of sharp cheese alongside is old-school and excellent.

- Butter3 tbsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- All-Purpose Flour2 cups
- Sugar2 cups, chopped
- Ground Cinnamon1 tsp
- Active Dry Yeast2 tsp

- 4
Fold the sugar and ground cinnamon through the dough until evenly distributed.
- 5
Bake until the crust is browned and the filling bubbles at the vents, 35-50 minutes, then rest twenty minutes.
