Deconstructed sushi casserole with seasoned rice, spicy mayo tuna and nori — scoopable party food that tastes like a spicy tuna roll.

Ingredients
- Salt1 tsp
- Soy Sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise1/2 cup
- Tuna2 cans, drained
- Rice Vinegar2 tbsp
- Nori Seaweed1 pack, sheets
- Sushi Rice2 cups, cooked
- Hot Sauce2 tbsp
Optional extras
- Spring Onions2, sliced
- Avocado1, sliced
- Cucumber1, sliced
Instructions

Cook sushi rice; season with rice vinegar, sugar and salt.

Spread rice in a greased baking dish and press flat.

Mix flaked tuna with mayonnaise, sriracha/hot sauce and a splash of soy.

Spread tuna mix over rice; bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes until lightly browned.

Scoop onto nori sheets with cucumber and avocado.
Chef's tip
Cool the rice slightly before topping — piping-hot rice makes the mayo oily.
