- Tuna150 g sashimi-grade
- White Fish100 g sashimi-grade
- Salmon150 g sashimi-grade
Optional extras
- Saltpinch
- Lemonwedges optional
- Cucumber1/2, sliced
- Daikon Radish1/2 cup shredded
- Nori Seaweedoptional garnish
- Hot Saucewasabi-style paste to taste
Instructions

Use only sashimi-grade fish; keep ice-cold.

Slice salmon, tuna and white fish against the grain into even pieces.

Arrange on a chilled plate with cucumber and daikon shreds.

Serve with soy sauce and a dab of hot sauce/wasabi-style paste.
