Ingredients
- Onion1/2, sliced
- Carrot1, julienned
- Cabbage3 cups shredded
- Soy Sauce1 tbsp
- Worcestershire Sauce1 tbsp
- Pork200 g thinly sliced
- Wheat Noodles400 g yakisoba-style
- Neutral Oil2 tbsp
- Tonkatsu Sauce4 tbsp
Optional extras
- Saltpinch
- Spring Onions2, sliced
- Mayonnaisefor topping
Instructions

Loosen yakisoba/wheat noodles under warm water; drain.

Stir-fry pork and sliced onion until browned.

Add cabbage and carrot; toss hot and fast.

Add noodles; pour in tonkatsu sauce mixed with a splash of soy and Worcestershire.

Toss until coated and lightly charred; finish with spring onions and mayo.
