- Ginger Garlic Paste1 tbsp
- Garam Masala1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Turmeric Powder1/2 tsp
- Milk1 cup
- Chaat Masala1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder1 tsp
- Corn250 g, chopped
- Grated Coconut2 tbsp
Optional extras
- Mint Leavesfor the hari chutney
- Fresh Cilantrofor the hari chutney
- Tamarind Paste2 tbsp, for the meethi chutney
- Jaggery1 tbsp, for the meethi chutney
Instructions

Prep the crisp base components so everything is within reach.

Simmer the tamarind with jaggery for the meethi chutney; blitz cilantro, mint and green chili for the hari chutney.

Assemble in layers — crisp base, then the toppings, yogurt drizzle, both chutneys.

Finish with crushed peanuts, chaat masala and serve before anything loses its crunch.
