Ingredients
- Garam Masala1 tsp
- Salt1.25 tsp
- Ginger1.5 tbsp, grated
- Green Chili2, minced
- Potato2, boiled
- Gram Flour1/2 cup
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Mustard Oilfor deep frying
- Jackfruit2 cups, raw pieces
Instructions

Boil raw jackfruit pieces till tender; drain and mash.

Cook with ginger, green chili and garam masala until the masala clings dry.

Mix in mashed potato for body; cool completely.

Shape into envelope chops, batter in besan, crumb.

Deep fry in mustard oil to a dark, crackling gold.

Cook the jackfruit masala until genuinely dry — wet filling bursts the chop in oil.
