Ingredients

  • Yogurt1/2 cup
  • Salt3/4 tsp
  • Ginger1 tsp, grated
  • Green Chili2, minced
  • Curry Leaves8, torn
  • All-Purpose Flour1 cup
  • Baking Powder1/2 tsp
  • Coconut Oilfor deep frying
  • Rice Flour2 tbsp

Instructions

    Whisk flour, rice flour, yogurt and water into a thick batter.

    Add green chilies, ginger, curry leaves, baking powder and salt; rest 30 minutes.

    Heat coconut oil on medium.

  4. 4

    Drop round spoonfuls into the oil.

  5. 5

    Fry till deep golden, rolling for even colour; serve with chutney or ketchup.
