
Fudgy Brownies
Squidgy-centred brownies with a paper-thin crackle on top. Soft-centred and generous, the sort that vanishes warm off the tray. Sandwich two with a scoop of ice cream for an instant dessert upgrade.

- Salta pinch
- Eggs4
- Sugar3/4 cup
- Baking Powder1/2 tsp
- Vanilla Extract1 tsp
- Dark Chocolate2 cups, chopped
- Walnuts1 cup, chopped
- Cocoa Powder1/2 cup

Preheat the oven to 180 C / 350 F and get two baking sheets ready.

Whisk the flour, cocoa powder and leavening together in a bowl so everything is evenly distributed.

Beat the butter and sugars until creamy, add the eggs and vanilla, then stir in the dry mix.

Fold in the dark chocolate last so the streaks and chunks stay distinct.

Chill the dough twenty minutes, scoop, and bake until the edges are golden and centres soft.

Weigh your flour if you can; cup measures can be off by twenty percent either way.
